Zenithpath provides consulting and related services across digital marketing, political consulting, startup & technology, and manpower & workforce solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

• You will not use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• Automated scraping, copying or reproduction of website content without permission is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Zenithpath name and mark, and product names such as Mitti.AI and JanPulse AI — is the property of Zenithpath or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use it without prior written consent.

4. Engagements & Payments

• Fees, payment schedules and milestones are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the timeline stated in the agreement.
• Delays in client inputs, approvals or payments may affect timelines and deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary access and timely approvals. You are responsible for the legality of the objectives for which our services are engaged, including compliance with applicable election, advertising and labour laws.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement secure and to use it only for the purpose of that engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenithpath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we apply professional expertise and effort, we do not guarantee specific results such as election outcomes, business revenue, rankings or reach, which depend on factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the terms of the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar.
