Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Zenithpath Business Consulting Private Limited ("Zenithpath"). Because we provide customised professional consulting and service engagements, the following terms apply.

1. Nature of Services

Zenithpath delivers strategy, consulting, creative, technology and workforce services that involve dedicated time, resources and third-party costs. Work typically begins upon receipt of an advance and confirmation of scope.

2. Advance Payments

• Advances/retainers are collected to reserve capacity and commence work.
• Once work has begun, advances cover resources already committed and are generally non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

• Before work begins: if you cancel before any work commences, you may request a refund of the advance, less any non-recoverable third-party costs or transaction charges.
• After work begins: refunds are calculated on the portion of work not yet performed, at Zenithpath's reasonable assessment. Completed milestones and committed costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred (ad spend, software, printing, travel, sub-contractor fees).
• Completed deliverables and milestones that have been submitted or approved.
• Time-sensitive services such as live campaign operations already executed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made in writing to info@zenithpath.in with your name, engagement details and reason. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking timelines. Applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.

7. Discretion

Where an engagement is governed by a signed agreement, the refund and cancellation terms of that agreement shall prevail over this general policy.
